Our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are designed to be both therapeutic and educationally empowering. Group lessons are specially tailored to each individual client’s treatment needs, consist of psychoeducation and open processing, and are offered in the morning and evening. Treatment modalities pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement.

Weekly individual therapy is also a requirement of our Intensive Outpatient Programs and medication management as needed. Clients are welcome to see an in-house or outside provider for individual therapy or medication management, and our staff is more than happy to assist with the referral process as needed.

We also offer a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for Substance Use IOP that is designed for those who struggle with chronic relapse or who need assistance with their ability to regulate intense emotions and impulsive behaviors. The group focuses on relapse prevention through the utilization of DBT skills, including mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and relapse prevention.
