What Is IOP?

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) serve as a crucial link between standard outpatient care and inpatient treatment. They are especially well-suited for individuals seeking structured support and therapy while continuing with their everyday routines and obligations. Our IOP services offer a versatile and comprehensive treatment approach, ensuring you can access the necessary assistance without significant disruptions to your daily life.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) IOP -for clients that engage in substance use

We also offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for clients that struggle with utilizing substance use as a coping strategy. This group is designed for those who struggle with chronic (mental health and substance use) relapse or who need assistance with their ability to regulate intense emotions and/or impulsive behaviors. The group consists of both psycho-education and structured check-in to troubleshoot the application of DBT skills. The group helps develop relapse prevention/ distress tolerance plans. DBT modules that are covered throughout the course of treatment are: Core Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Biosocial Theory.
