Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are designed to be both therapeutic and educationally empowering. Group lessons are specially tailored to each individual client’s treatment needs, consist of psycho-education and open processing, and are offered in the morning and evening. Treatment modalities pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement.
Schedule:
Intensive Outpatient Programming is 4 days per week, 3 hours per day
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
9:00am – 12:00pm
6:00pm – 9:00pm
Duration of programming is a minimum of 7 weeks (28 session) and will be based on a client’s clinical needs.
Morning IOP:
- Group Therapy, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Yoga Therapy/Wellness hour, Thursdays 12:00pm – 1:00 pm
Evening IOP:
- Group Therapy, Monday- Thursday 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Program includes:
- Group Therapy
- Yoga Therapy
- Psycho-education for client’s support system/ family (with an appropriate Release of Information)
- Free Alumni Support Group
- Individualized Case Management Services
- Comprehensive Discharge Planning
Weekly individual therapy is also a requirement of our Intensive Outpatient Programs and medication management as needed. Clients are welcome to see an in-house or outside provider for individual therapy or medication management, and our staff is more than happy to assist with the referral process as needed.
