Through individual therapy, individuals work with a counselor to address their challenges. We offer multiple types of IT with evidence-based treatment options that address mental health issues and substance abuse. IT at our Westlake Wellness Center functions both as part of IOP and as a standalone general outpatient offering. Additionally, we offer IT as a standalone for adolescents.
Medication Management
At our Westlake Wellness Center, we provide medication management for adolescents and adults with substance use and mental health disorders, ensuring clients receive evidence-based medications to reduce symptoms that interfere with daily functioning.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP offers a high level of structure and support while allowing clients to maintain the flexibility of an outpatient treatment program. In IOP, individuals attend highly structured sessions throughout the week while maintaining the flexibility to live at home and attend work or school. IOP works well for individuals who need a high level of support, with flexibility to take care of responsibilities outside of treatment.
We offer IOP for adults aged 18 and up and for teens. Adult IOP addresses SUD, mental health disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Our teen IOP treats mental health challenges.
