Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides much-needed support for high school-aged adolescents who are struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. The program relies heavily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, focusing on coping skills, distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and family involvement.
These issues affect the entire family, therefore we highly encourage parents and/or legal guardians to be involved in the healing process by participating in a minimum of four family therapy sessions during the 7-week program. Additionally, every Thursday during Multifamily Group, parents and adolescents come together to discuss special topics and review skills that the adolescents have been learning in order to further support and coach their child in self-management.
5:00-8:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday for 21 sessions

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured and comprehensive therapeutic treatment designed to cater specifically to adolescents who are facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, or co-occurring disorders. This program provides a middle ground between traditional outpatient counseling and residential treatment, offering a more intensive level of care without requiring participants to stay overnight.
