Sage Recovery & Wellness Center is a fast growing outpatient mental health center for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, alcohol and/or substance abuse; offering individual counseling, couples & family counseling, yoga, acupuncture detoxification, group therapy and intensive outpatient group therapy programs. Sage is located in Austin, TX approximately one mile west of the Capital of Texas Highway on Bee Caves Rd. in Westlake.

Sage is currently seeking a full-time business development professional to plan and execute various outreach programs such as establishing relationships with potential referral sources, coordinating events for the center, maintaining advertising and marketing campaigns (blog, email, website, print and other marketing materials) and assisting the company in maintaining a positive identity in the community.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate various integrated communication and marketing activities across Central Texas.
• Frequent travel around Austin and surrounding areas.
• Occasional travel throughout Central Texas. Travel may require overnight stays.
• Occasional travel out of state when necessary.
• Interfacing with counterparts and building up relationships with them at marketing suppliers.
• Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials
• Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, trade shows and networking events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements and promotions
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
• Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests to determine how to convey concise, clear and timely selective information.
• Developing standardized presentations and sales scripts.
• Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
• Implementing project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
• Planning and maintaining invitation list for company sponsored events, CEUs and open house.
• Attending tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events, city tours.
• Attending networking events on behalf of the company.
• Developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.
• Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.
• Conducting a thorough market analysis of competition in cities the company wishes to pursue a market in.
• Maintaining a strong on-line presence for the company on the company’s blog, Facebook, Twitter and other social media outlets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the mental health, substance abuse and recovery programs

Skills & Specifications:

• Be Passionate about mental health, wellness and recovery.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Publisher, Front Page or similar programs.
• Proficiency in Constant Contacts or similar communications program.
• Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• Proficiency in WordPress and blogging.
• Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework content for a wider audience.
• Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
• Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
• Build excellent working relationship to attain goals.
• Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
• Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
