“Although I have been cooking since I was single digits, I am also a graduate of the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Having traveled my own journey of grief and loss recovery opened my eyes to the realization that proper, balanced nutrition was not a priority for some in the recovery and wellness industry. Feeding a healthy mind the tools it needs to overcome it’s struggles, starts with feeding a healthy body. I knew by the end of my journey, I wanted to be apart of that change. Love through food is my favorite expression, and every client that comes through Sage deserves that.

In my free time, you can find me on a softball field, in a coffee shop, or at home snuggled up with my Great Dane.”
