NEW Women’s Yoga for Emotional Health and Wellness
Sage Recovery & Wellness Center’s Women’s Yoga for Health and Wellness is for women who are seeking support through movement, breath work, and connection in a safe space to explore one’s own connection to mind, body and spirit.
Each session begins with a gentle yoga practice, using movement, music and breath work to help deepen awareness, insight and emotional wellness, followed by a group process.
9:30-11:30 am every Friday
