Adolescent Mental Health IOP

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides much needed support for high school-aged adolescents who are struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. The program relies heavily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, focusing on coping skills, distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and family involvement.

These issues affect the entire family, therefore we highly encourage parents and/or legal guardians to be involved in the healing process by participating in a minimum of four family therapy sessions during the 7-week program. Additionally, every Tuesday during Multifamily Group, parents and adolescents come together to discuss special topics and review skills that the adolescents have been learning in order to further support and coach their child in self-management.

5:00-8:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday for 21 sessions

All new clients receive a comprehensive assessment performed by one of our master’s level clinicians. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
