Qi exist all around you, so it seems sensible to want to grab as much as you can. Through the practice of Qigong, you can engage in the exchange and interflow of this energy, learning to focus it for different purposes.
Qigong to said to stimulate the flow of blood, and the flow of qi to various parts of the body through meridians- major energy pathways- in order to maintain health and enhance longevity.

It’s important to discover your inner light and open up to the power and simplicity of connecting to all aspects of the self-and the wonders of the universe.
