Specialized Programming for Licensed Healthcare Professionals
The Sage Recovery Villa Licensed Healthcare Professionals’ Health Program begins the journey to recovery with a comprehensive evaluation that may include both physical and psychological tests. The evaluation results are examined, and an individual treatment plan is created specifically to meet the individual’s needs. Most licensed healthcare professionals will require a longer length of stay, 60 to 90 days, to achieve solid recovery in order to return to work. The residential treatment program at Sage Recovery Villa includes the following components designed specifically for the licensed healthcare professional:
- Professional Recovery meetings
- Licensed Healthcare Professionals in Recovery Speaker Days
- Formal documentation for Return to Work requirements
- Highly trained, specialized staff with many years treating addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health disorders
- Full Wellness and core issues (mental health/trauma) focused treatment program
- Focus is on replacing unhealthy coping behaviors with healthy coping behaviors and identifying triggers
- Mind, Body, Spirit focus (Yoga/Movement/AcuDetox/Experiential/Equine Therapy/Art Therapy/12 Steps or Refuge Recovery or Smart Recovery options)
- Nature immersion, Mindfulness, and Meditation
- Dr. Scott Jurica Nutrition and Inflammation Expert/Professional Chef-healthy, tailored meals
- Process Groups
- individual therapy 2x/week
- Concierge Services
- Work closely with physician health/monitoring programs
- Intensive family therapy program
- Case Management/Aftercare Plans developed with physician health/monitoring program
- Discharge Summary sent to Professional Monitoring Program in a timely manner
