Getting Started with Residential Treatment (Rehab)

Asking for help and getting started on the journey to recovery can be intimidating and overwhelming at times. Whether you are inquiring for yourself or a loved one who is unsure of where to start, our Admissions Specialists are here to help. They begin by asking you to tell them a little about what is going on with you or your loved one, since many people are unsure of what to even ask. They will be able to answer any questions you have, provide coaching for loved ones and assist in connecting you with the right services.

We know it takes a lot of courage to pick up the phone and ask for help, so our promise is this: if we are not the best fit, we will help get you connected to the place that is. We can provide referrals for medical detox, interventionists, psychiatric stabilization and more.

We want to assist you or your loved one in removing as many of the road blocks as possible, so allow us to help you or your loved one navigate the process. Call to speak to one of our Admissions Specialists now.

Payment Options

Sage Recovery Villa is an out-of-network provider. An out-of-network provider is one which has not contracted with your insurance company for reimbursement at a negotiated rate. Some health plans, like HMOs, do not reimburse out-of-network providers at all. If you have a PPO policy that offers out-of-network benefits, your policy may cover a significant portion of addiction treatment costs.

Sage Recovery Villa works with a third party billing company who specializes in obtaining coverage for treatment. Their team of physicians, nurses and therapists fight with insurance companies to ensure that the client gets as much reimbursement as possible. We understand that the priority is getting better and not worrying about the complex details about insurance benefit coverage. Our Admissions team is ready to ensure insurance verification runs as quickly and smoothly as possible and answer any questions. Many providers provide clients a super bill for them to figure out how to submit for reimbursement. Sage’s third party billing company will take care of everything for you at no additional cost. We proudly offer a comprehensive range of financing options for different credit levels through our partnership with eMedical Financing Solutions. One simple application can be completed for individual loan applicants or applicants with a cosigner. Interest rates starting at 9.9%, 6 and 12 month zero percent interest terms for qualified applicants and 12 to 84 month terms.

Family Programming

Addiction is a family disease, and successfully beginning to treat the addiction requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. After a family member departs for treatment, integration back into the family unit can be difficult for everyone involved.

To help educate and support the loved ones affected by addiction and promote positive change, our luxury residential treatment center offers several opportunities for family involvement, including an intensive 3-day Family Program, family therapy sessions and discharge planning that involves the entire support system.

After a client’s stay is complete it will be recommended that they continue their journey by following the Discharge Plan the client and their therapist create while in our care. We look at what is the best fit for the client’s unique needs. If the client is staying in the Austin area and would like to continue services with Sage, a variety of outpatient services are available for the whole family at our outpatient location, Sage Recovery & Wellness Center.

Outpatient care at Sage Recovery in Austin emphasizes accessible and comprehensive healthcare services for individuals without requiring overnight stays in a medical facility. Our approach to outpatient care encompasses several key aspects and components, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Sage Recovery’s Outpatient Care:

1. Appointment-Based Services:

Our outpatient care is structured around scheduled appointments, where individuals can access medical check-ups, therapy sessions, diagnostic tests, and rehabilitation services at our healthcare facilities.

2. Flexible Schedule:

We prioritize flexibility in scheduling, offering day and evening appointments. This allows individuals to seamlessly integrate their treatment into their daily lives, whether working or attending to other responsibilities.

3. Diverse Services:

Sage Recovery provides a wide array of services, spanning primary and specialty medical care, mental health services like therapy and counseling, diagnostic tests, rehabilitation such as physical and occupational therapy, and more.

4. No Overnight Stay:

In contrast to inpatient care, our outpatient services do not require individuals to stay overnight. After receiving the necessary care and support, patients return to the comfort of their homes.

5. Lower Cost:

Sage Recovery’s outpatient care is designed to be cost-effective, as it does not involve the same level of accommodation and continuous medical supervision associated with inpatient care.

6. Continuity of Care:

We prioritize ongoing and continuous care, making outpatient services well-suited for managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and follow-up appointments.

7. Therapeutic Interventions:

Our outpatient care includes a range of therapeutic interventions, such as individual counseling, group therapy, and support group meetings, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

8. Rehabilitation Services:

For those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or medical conditions, Sage Recovery’s outpatient care extends to rehabilitation services like physical therapy and occupational therapy.

9. Education and Prevention:

We actively involve education and preventive measures in our outpatient care, promoting health and well-being through health screenings, wellness checks, and educational programs.
