Tennie McCarty, LCDC, ADC III, CEDC

Tennie is the founder and co-owner of Shades of Hope Treatment Center and currently serves as CEO. Entering the field of addiction treatment over 30 years ago, Tennie has dedicated her life to helping those with food and co-occurring addictions and the families thereof. In 1987, Tennie founded Shades of Hope with a dream of providing a safe, nurturing environment that worked with eating disorders as an addiction. 2. Identify areas where a lack of emotional resilience can cause problems or prevent effective treatment,
3. Provide strategies to both develop and maintain emotional resilience in the workplace.

Dr. Keith Kesler, D.O.

Dr. Keith Kesler is a Board Certified psychiatrist with over 35 years of clinical experience in psychiatry and emergency medicine. Additionally, he is an active psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, and coach. His experience enables him to be equally comfortable utilizing scientifically supported methods as well as robust and creative techniques in his approach.
