We provide a full continuum of care to provide the ideal support to the individual, allowing them to decrease the level of support as they improve and increase if more support is needed. Similar to how a doctor may increase and decrease a medication until the patient’s condition is stabilized, our services allow for a similar approach to best support the individual when they need it most, allowing for the ability to increase and decrease the amount of support and services as needed.
Science shows that by taking care of our physical wellbeing that our mental wellbeing improves. We offer a variety of wellness services in our outpatient services including:
Counseling is provided by Master’s Level and PhD level therapists in a safe, caring and confidential environment that allows space to explore and work through thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, and experiences. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, working towards desired change, managing stress, achieving personal goals, improving communication or conflict in relationships, coping with major life challenges or trauma and dealing with mental health diagnoses. The therapist will work with the client(s) to create an individualized treatment plan together to help the client or family achieve their goals.

The intensive outpatient program provides 3-hours a day of clinical treatment a minimum of 3 days a week for individuals who find they need more support for their mental health and/or substance use concerns than what a weekly skills group or individual therapy can provide. The program includes weekly one-on-one sessions, family support, skills and process groups. The schedule and program for the individual is customized based on the individual’s needs and schedule. We will assist the client in trailering a program and schedule that supports them the best. The length of stay depends upon the individual’s goals, number of attended program days per week and progress; however, the average length of stay is approximately 7 weeks. We offer programming throughout the day and evening to help accommodate for the client’s scheduling needs.
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides an intensive level of support throughout the week for those that do not currently need 24-hour care to manage their mental health and/or substance use concerns. The program provides 5.5 hours of programming, 5 days a week. This program is suitable for both clients stepping down from residential or inpatient treatment as well as for those individuals that need more daily support when living at home.
